Osteopathic centre of excellence, for the whole family
Osteopathy
In the UK, qualifying as an osteopath requires a minimum of four years of rigorous, full-time study to Master’s degree level in Osteopathic Medicine, alongside registration with the Government’s statutory regulator. This ensures a consistently high standard of clinical expertise, safety, and professional accountability.

Throughout this training, osteopaths develop a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and clinical diagnosis, enabling them to assess and treat a broad range of conditions. These include back pain, neck pain, shoulder and joint problems, sciatica, disc injuries, sports injuries, postural strain, headaches, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Equally important is the ability to recognise when symptoms may indicate a more complex or underlying medical issue. In such cases, we ensure appropriate and timely referral to your GP or specialist, so you can be confident you are in safe and experienced hands.

What truly defines osteopathy, however, is its philosophy. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we take the time to understand the underlying causes of your discomfort. By addressing how your body functions as a whole, we aim not only to relieve pain, but to restore balance, improve resilience, and support long-term health and wellbeing.

Experience you can trust
With a combined 44 years of clinical experience, we bring a depth of knowledge and perspective that only time in practice can provide. Over the years, we have helped thousands of patients with a wide range of conditions, refining not just our techniques, but our understanding of what truly helps people recover.
We are proud to be the longest established osteopathy practice in Bicester—a reflection of the trust our patients place in us and the consistency of care we provide.
But beyond experience and reputation, what matters most to us is simple: we genuinely care. We take the time to listen, to understand, and to tailor our approach to each individual, because we know that no two patients are the same.
A Different Approach to Care
Many clinics measure success by how full their diary is—how many patients can be seen in a day, how efficiently appointments can be turned over.

Our philosophy is different.

We have created a calm, welcoming clinic in the heart of Market Square in Bicester, where the pace is deliberate and considered. We allow time between appointments—not only to avoid rushing patients in and out, but to give our practitioners the space to think, reflect, and provide truly attentive care.

Appointments are structured so that you are treated as an individual, not as part of a production line. There is time to listen, to understand, and to tailor treatment properly—without the pressure of the next patient waiting at the door.
Our patients often tell us they value this most: being heard, not hurried.

We prioritise the quality of care over volume. In fact, our clinic may appear quieter than others—and that is by design. Our focus is on helping you recover as efficiently and effectively as possible, so you can return to enjoying your life, rather than remaining in ongoing treatment unnecessarily.
