We are a friendly practice located in the heart of Bicester. We have been providing effective hands-on osteopathic treatment for over thirty years.

As Osteopaths, we have received extensive training in anatomy, physiology and pathology relating to the whole body.

Our patients come to us with a wide range of conditions. Each treatment is tailored to the individual patient. Osteopathy is a holistic discipline; While dealing with the presenting complaint, treatment attends to the patient as a unified whole and is concerned with the overall well-being of the system.

What is Classical Osteopathy?
Classical osteopathy is an effective approach which engages the whole body in the healing process.

Classical osteopathy uses techniques of ligamentous and muscular articulation to work through the layers of adaptations which over time can lead to imbalance, pain, injury and other chronic health conditions. Treatment works to release patterns of tension and to support the body to return to a balanced state of health, free movement, and improved function and resilience.
